Our Firm

The Firm began operations as a civil partnership in 1999, at the initiative of Certified Public Accountant and Attorney Sergio Jara Rullán, the Firm’s founder.

Prior to that, from 1993 until 1999, when the partnership was established, the practice operated under the direction of Mr. Jara Rullán as an independent professional. Jara Rullán y Asociados, S.C. was formed to bring together the efforts of additional partners and provide better service to its clients.

As the Firm has grown, its client base has expanded selectively. We currently have professional services agreements with approximately 50 clients. This has enabled us to develop an in-depth understanding of each client and their most pressing needs, allowing us to provide professional, personalized services tailored to their individual circumstances.

Recognizing the importance of ongoing professional development, the Firm keeps its staff up to date by regularly providing and arranging courses, workshops, conferences, and other training opportunities.
